SIAN DENNIS specialises in Change Management, Organisational Design, Strategic Planning and HIV&Aids workplace consulting. She is a former divisional director of Times Media Limited and a member of the Institute of Directors SA. Siân is currently managing partner of Litha-Lethu Management Solutions, a niche consultancy delivering customised and sustainable transformation solutions.
PATRICE LASSERRE is a Chartered Director and has served on Boards for more than twenty-five years. This gives him extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance and in the functioning of Boards of Directors. In 2010, he created Board Whisperer, a private practice focusing on making younger leaders board-ready, forming professional Boards and boosting the performance of Governing bodies.
IRENE PILAVACHI has been in marketing and advertising almost all her working career. In recent years this passion has been channelled into online, where content has become her focus. Clients are enjoying high standards of marketing plans through the creation and implementation of strategies for websites, social media and integration of offline/online communications.
DR PETER TOBIN specialises in Project Management, Knowledge Management, IT Governance and data privacy and protection, in particular compliance with the POPI Act. Peter spent nearly twenty years with a global IT industry supplier on two continents; a dozen years as an academic at three of South Africa’s leading business schools. Peter has been consulting for over twenty years to clients across the SADC region and beyond. Peter speaks fluent French as well as mother-tongue English.
BEVERLEY WAJSMAN has been in the Performance Development and Consulting profession since 1989 and founded Customer Centric Solutions in 1998. She has a BA degree majoring in Psychology and Education. Beverley consults widely in the areas of Leadership, Sales and Service Excellence. An added dimension is a tool kit to empower and maximise one’s performance in a pressured environment. Her recently-introduced flagship programme aims to optimise the effectiveness of teams, achieving ownership, accountability and sustainable productivity.
ANNEMARIE ROSS-VIVIERS, business and life coach is the founder of Mindskills (est.2013). Her passion and focus is to add value through assisting individuals in optimising themselves and their businesses. She gain a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry during her 23 years’ experience in that field. She has a B. Communication Pathology degree (UP), GIBS MBA and completed a Results Coaching Course (ICF accredited). She is a Certified Conversational Intelligence Coach (WBECS) and has a special interest in Neuroscience.
IRISHA LUHANGA is a social entrepreneur on a mission to even the odds for future generations by building organisations, bringing people together, and speaking up. She currently is an Executive Director of Redefine Human Capital and her primary business is that of an Organisational Development and Change Management Consultant. Her time working in senior executive roles in HR has been the foundation of her strong ability to secure commitment and inspire others to deliver to their individual best potential.
ALAIN WILLEM, an Executive Coach, excels in activating the extra-ordinary qualities in successful executives and assists them in making those talents work for their teams. (English - French) Alain holds two engineering degrees with a specialisation in nuclear power. He is also a yoga teacher, a Biodanza facilitator and a coach supervisor. Alain has over 18 years experience of coaching internationally. He has written 4 books and integrates executive coaching with life coaching at a deeper level.
DR LIEZEL KORF holds a PhD in Psychology and is registered as Research Psychologist and Psychometrist. She has 26 years of research and assessment experience. Her areas of interest include psychometric test development, psychometric assessment, research methodology and statistics. She lectured Research Methodology, Psychometry and Statistics, after which she started a consultancy in 2001, consulting in these areas. Apart from conducting assessments and customised surveys, she is still involved in academia and provides consulting services to post-graduate students conducting quantitative research
